Griena Davis
Dr. Griena has a Doctorate of Education in Higher Education Administration from the University of Alabama with research in student engagement and persistence to graduation. Dr. Davis possesses a Master of Arts in Counseling from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with experience in working with children, adolescents, and young adults. Dr Davis is a licensed professional counselor, board certified tele-mental health provider, and board certified coach who joined CFS in April 2019. She is a former senior level college administrator with over 15 years of experience in serving adult students. Dr. Davis works primarily with adult individuals or youth and their families addressing personal obstacles such as Stress and Anxiety; Depression; Relationship Issues; Anger Management; Self-Esteem; Adjustment Issues; Grief and Loss; and Identity Issues.
Griena is an American Red Cross volunteer, an online therapy provider, and the mother to a Miniature Schnauzer named Jack and a Poodle named Oscar.
