Griena Knight Davis
Griena Knight Davis has a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Administration from the University of Alabama with research in student engagement and persistence to graduation. Dr. Davis possesses a Master of Arts in Counseling from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with experience in working with children, adolescents, and adults. Dr. Davis is a licensed professional counselor, board-certified tele-mental health provider, and board-certified coach who joined CFS in April 2019. She is a former senior-level college administrator with over 15 years of experience in serving adult students and a former Catholic middle-school principal. Dr. Davis works primarily with adult individuals or youth and their families addressing personal obstacles such as Stress and Anxiety; Depression; Relationship Issues; Anger Management; Self-Esteem; Adjustment Issues; Grief and Loss; and Identity Issues.
Griena is a lifelong member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Fairfield, an American Red Cross volunteer, a life member of the American Legion, an online therapy provider, and the mother to two Miniature Schnauzers and a Poodle.
