Counseling Services

The counseling services at CFS are open to anyone regardless of religious affiliation. The agency offers these services to individual and families who are encountering problems in their daily lives that go beyond their own abilities to resolve. Ours is a solution-focused approach to personal problem solving. We provide marriage, grief and bereavement, adolescent, individual, family, and post-abortion counseling services.

The fees for this service range from $1.00 to $70.00 dollars an hour, based on family income. The fees are due at the end of each counseling session. We accept cash or check. A payment plan can be arranged if needed. No one is ever refused services due to an inability to pay a counseling fee.

Who we Serve

For example, we address the following issues:

  • marital problems

  • conflict between adolescents and their parents

  • grief and bereavement issues

  • stress related to caretaking of the elderly

  • depression

  • anxiety

  • assessment and referral for substance abuse problems

  • relationship conflicts

How the Process Work

The first step is to call your closest office and ask for an appointment. You will be asked some basic questions over the phone and will either receive an appointment then or some one will call your back with an appointment date.

When you get an appointment you may complete the intake package and submit it online, or bring it with you for your first appointment.
